This constraint allows the user to specify that an order can be delivered by an external courrier service. The optimisation engine calculates whether it will be better to send the order using this service, or whether it is best integrated in a standard delivery trip. These visits do not appear anywhere in the optimisation (routes, planning…). The Outsourcing cost is integrated within the total optimisation cost.
